At Burju Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring that the shoes are unworn and stored in their original branded shoe box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
